FCPS Summer Learning Opportunities

FCPS Summer Learning Reading and Math Practice Books will be delivered via the US Mail. Digital versions of the books will also be posted on the Continuity of Learning Blackboard page. These books will provide recommended practice activities for students to review essential content from the 2019-2020 school year; they are not intended to preview content from next year’s grade level but rather reinforce essential learning from this past year.

i-Ready Digital Lessons

i-Ready reading and math instruction are available for students in grades K-6 during June and July of 2020. This is being turned on to provide optional individual practice to students. Lessons are based on the student’s most recent test score in reading or math during the fall or winter test windows. If a student has not completed an assessment, lessons are based on current grade level content and skills. Access to iReady ends August 1, 2020.

Students access i-Ready instruction through the FCPS public Universal Screener website. They use their FCPS username and password to log in. Information on How to access i-Ready Online Lessons.

Wixie will continue to be available to current students over the summer until August 7. It will be down for a week for updates and back up by August 14. They use their FCPS username and password to log in via Clever.

All currently enrolled K-12 students will continue to have access to myON over the summer through the start of the school year using their current school and FCPS username and password.
